I started practicing yoga 3 years ago while going through a difficult time in my life. Since then it has become something that I love and I like to share with my friends, family and now with you. Today, practicing yoga and meditation daily has helped me to strengthen my relationship with myself and has made a big difference in my sedentary lifestyle.
I think most of you, like me, share the same memories of our childhood: wake up every morning with a delicious bowl of cereal. Did you have a favorite cereal when you were a kid? Sure, in fact, you might have had many favorite cereals like me, from Capitan Crunch to Lucky Charms. Going to the supermarket with your parents and going through the cereal aisle was the best part of that tedious ride. So much variety and you could only take one box, which was one of the hardest decisions you had to make as a child. Now that we have grown, we have changed our first meal of the day for healthier things and tend to see sugary cereals as a sweet, not as a staple. Yet, cereals are the perfect ingredient to create a delicious dessert that all of you will love. They are Rice Krispies, and in this post, I bring you step by step the recipe of the original Rice Krispies.
We all have a hobby or activity that we like and do often or at least when we have time. An activity that somehow makes us who we are. I have several and with this blog I intend to show you, teach you or inform you what I know. I do not consider myself a “Topic Guru” because you can never know everything about a theme.
